Food Safety Reports: Walmart Supercenter, Stonecrest Boulevard, Tega Cay, SC, USA

Ate soup with cheese and crackers for dinner. Felt nauseous rest of night but thought it was pregnancy related. Started vomiting 3 hours after eating. Then severe diarrhea. Up every 2 hours to have diarrhea and/or vomit.. Not 100% sure but guessing I bought the soup from here.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
