I have just recently started eating Lucky Charms as a night time snack. But the time I wake up in the morning I am nauseated and am on and off the toilet for a while. One day the stomach cramps were so bad I couldn't even go in to work.

Bought a 2.5lb pack of Lean ground beef, cooked it no pink my theory is once you see no pink cook another 7 mins just to be sure. Ate a bit of it and off to bed a couple hours later. Woke up in mid of night…
