Bought a 2.5lb pack of Lean ground beef, cooked it no pink my theory is once you see no pink cook another 7 mins just to be sure. Ate a bit of it and off to bed a couple hours later. Woke up in mid of night hurting with cramps, next morning woke up throwing up this went on for about 24 hrs then was laid up in bed for another 2.5 days from it. took 6 days to make a full recovery. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
