Green Stool After Cereal

Approx 8 hrs after consuming my favorite cereal, Lucky Charms, I began to have severe stomach cramps and nausea. The next morning my stool was suddenly green and mixed with diarrhea. Never had the cereal cause this. This was also the regular Lucky Charms, not the chocolate.

I ate a frozen pizza and about 2 hours later felt nauseous. I got home at 6 and since 6:50... I threw up.... 8:02 I threw up and diarrhea..... 9:27 I threw up and diarrhea.......11:15 I threw up.... I haven’t stopped since
