I have been throwing waking up in the morning. I only ate a small amount and now I’m throwing up and having diarrhea and having nausea. I feel awful like my stomach has been kicked. It happened after I got sick after doritos cool ranch

Purchased ground beef, This was the only thing I ate for the day. I staryed getting stomach cramps within 2 hours of eating the ground beef and then staryed to vomit all night long
