I ate a hot dog, and several other things after it. About 10 hours later, I had severe stomach cramping and nausea. I vomited several times and it was only the hot dog I was vomiting up, so I know that's what poisoned me. I've had really bad diarrhea, as well

Ice Cream Illness: Vertigo

I had the Great Value Vanilla Ice Cream tonight and within 30-45 min I started getting extreme vertigo and nausea. I puked continuously for 30 minutes and had diarrhea.
