Cheez-It Nausea Mystery

Was doing fine. Started to notice everytime I eat the extra cheesy cheez-it’s I get very nauseas & my stomach feels weird. Last for 30min-4 hours. Earlier today I felt awful the whole night & day. Never have I felt like this from any type of cracker snacks.
