Garlic Chicken Hoagie Illness

My son and wife shared their limited edition Garlic Cheesy Chicken Parm Hoagie with some chips for dinner yesterday. A couple of hours later, both started vomiting and had diarrhea. This morning, my son is still not feeling his best, but my wife's symptoms are going away.
