Quesadilla Causes Stomach Cramps

I had a chicken quesadilla from Wawa today around 130pm and 2 hours later I started to have extreme stomach cramping and multiple bouts of diarrhea, which I am still experiencing. I took Tylenol, which helped a bit, but now the cramping is starting up again.
