I ate a Wegmans brand Ranch with Uncured Bacon Salad Kit last night. Two hours later, I began to experience fever, chills, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting that lasted through the night.

I bought bacon-wrapped scallops on Thursday and cooked them according to directions Sunday (the use by date). I even used a thermometer to check the internal temperature. I experienced vomiting about thirty minutes after eating. In hindsight, the scallops were kept in a display in the center…
