I bought bacon-wrapped scallops on Thursday and cooked them according to directions Sunday (the use by date). I even used a thermometer to check the internal temperature. I experienced vomiting about thirty minutes after eating. In hindsight, the scallops were kept in a display in the center of the store and at the time the thought crossed my mind that I didn't think the display was cold enough. I should have trusted my instincts. I do think the health department should ensure safe practices. | Symptoms: Vomiting
