Buffalo Chicken Pizza Illness

Got 4 slices of pizza, had 1 pepperoni, 1 buffalo chicken, my girlfriend also has a pepperoni. 6 hours later i had diarrhea. hour later i had simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting. lasted all night, just starting to feel better nearly 24 hours later. still on the mend
