Ive had sausage roll , beef bake and bap with omelettes. Nothing else all day and then 9pm i been on toilet all night , coming back and forth . Morning vomiting and chills shivers and weakness . Thank you greggs , that was my last order .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness
