I ordered a 4 for 4 with cheese burger, fries, nuggets, and lemonade around 7pm and have been constantly throwing up since 11pm not sure if it’s a stomach bug or food poisoning

I had a chicken Asiago ranch sandwich and fries at around 10 pm tonight.
I got home about 2 hours later from a road trip, and had immediate gas pain and cramping. Diarrhea soon followed...4 times!! I think I was food poisoned! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps
