I ordered the southwest chicken salad and when I got home I noticed that the avacado was turning brown and the tomatoes were soggy so I pushed those to the side and ate around it because I didn’t want to drive back ... big mistake I’ve been up with diarrhea and vomiting ever hour since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
