Ate breakfast Thursday, 1-11-2024 around 8am. The breakfast baconator combo. Didn’t eat anything else all day. Around 8pm I felt my body temperature having a tough time regulating. Cold felt extremely cold. I went home and laid down. Got the chills and vomited. Next day I vomited…

Italian Melt, Chili Illness

Had the new Italian chicken melt and chilies ate part of sandwich. It didn't taste right. The chili was watered down. Most likely left overs from night before. Later on about 3 hours didn't feel good. Had severe pain in back , stomach. Chest and vomiting ( chili specifically). Bad night.

Got the 4x4 with a JBC and a frosty..... a couple hours later I ending up dry heaving and vomiting slightly!
