Had the new Italian chicken melt and chilies ate part of sandwich. It didn't taste right. The chili was watered down. Most likely left overs from night before. Later on about 3 hours didn't feel good. Had severe pain in back , stomach. Chest and vomiting ( chili specifically). Bad night. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
