Wendy's on Digital Drive in Lehi, Utah.
Hamburger was luke warm, must have been sitting on rack. Place was extremely dirty. Tables and floors not cleaned. Within a hour after eating I got sick with stomach cramps which lead to vomit and diareiah. Lasted over a day.…
