4pm. Cod sandwich. 7pm potato and sour cream and vanilla frosty. Got sick at 8pm. Stomach feeling unwell and massive headache. Puked at 12:30 and again at 1am. Still feeling pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
