Went to wendys on WELLAND AVE. ST CATHARINES ONTARIO CANADA.
Ordered a spicy chicken combo with a5 nugget piece.
The next morning i woke woth excruciating pains in my stomach which had me hurling over the tpilet for about 4 hours until i staryed to feel any sign of improvement. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Tuesday, Jan 26, 2016 around 3:30pm, I ordered drive through #6 large sized and a juior bacon cheese burger. So I got home ate the spicy chicken and the fries. Then took a bite of the junior bacon chess burger. It tasted funny. I opened it up…
