Ordered a patty melt early morning and I noticed the bread was stale. Finished the meal and 5 hrs later had terrible stomach pain and 5 hours after that I threw up cheese and bread. Not sure if food was left out or they just did not dispose of expired food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
