Are yesterday afternoon, had a sweet and spicy burger with medium fries and a small chocolate shake. Spent all evening and all night throwing up with chills. Couldn’t even keep sips of water down so I am extremely dehydrated | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
