Had a large grinder sandwich it's all I had the day before 1/2 for lunch 1/2 for dinner. Woke up with projectile vomit and moved to diarrhea later in the day. The only thing I vomited was the tomatoes and lettuce.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
