On Friday 1st of March 2024 @ lunch time …say 12noon …I went into Whole Foods & bought hot bar meal …chicken, coconut rice and veggies. Meal was good …however @ about 4:30pm…I started feeling nauseous & sweaty. Drank lots of water but that feeling never went…
