On Friday 1st of March 2024 @ lunch time …say 12noon …I went into Whole Foods & bought hot bar meal …chicken, coconut rice and veggies. Meal was good …however @ about 4:30pm…I started feeling nauseous & sweaty. Drank lots of water but that feeling never went away. I left work to go pick up my kids & that’s where everything went south. I rushed to the daycare bathroom and threw up 🤮 at least 4 times. All the rice and chicken everything. Picked up my kids & when I got home that’s when diarrhea started. Pretty much diarrhea all through the weekend…it stopped on Monday after I started taking kefir. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
