Italian Wedding Soup. Bought on 12/23 consumed same day, symptoms occurred an hour after consuming. I had bloody diarrhea. I had to be hospitalized for dehydration.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Dehydration
