I purchased a chili cheese dog on Tuesday and on early Wednesday morning I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. I am still having diarrhea unable to keep any liquids down, this has been going on for 6 days with no relief.

chilli dog Ordered chilli dog last night around 9:00pm. By 2AM was awoken suddenly from sleep instant urge to throw up.. along with diarrhea right after, this occurred for entire day hourly.
