This is the second time that this has happened. My son had lemon pepper wings at about 5:30 pm. At 12:55 am, he woke up with diarrhea. About 1:30 am he began to vomit……. This happened the exact same way the last time he had wingstop a few months ago.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
