Chicken Tenders Cause Illness

Within 20 minutes of eating I was lightheaded and dizzy so I went to bed. I woke up about two hours later and had severe vomiting for 4 hours, followed by diarrhea (still ongoing over 24 hrs later). I only ate 2 chicken tenders.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Lightheaded
