ER Visit: Salmonella from Wings

Med golden wings with blue cheese and celery on Wed 101018. Symptoms began that evening and went to the ER due to terrible abdominal pain 101318. Test results said I have Salmonella poisoning. Still in terrible pain and missing work. This was the worst sick of my life  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
