20.12.2018 Steak, Reis, Gemüse, Guac, saure Sahne; gegen 9-22 Uhr. Aufgewacht gegen 3-4 Uhr morgens mit ständig aufgeblähtem Magen. Weh zu bewegen, musste zur Arbeit rufen. Monday 12/17/18 I had steak rice bowl with only queso, lettuce, sour cream. Just an hour after eating I started to feel sick. I spent every couple hours in the bathroom with diarrhea and finally threw up at 3:30am. I still feel nausea and missed work Tuesday.
