20/12/2018 Steak, riz, légumes, guac, crème sure ; vers 21h22h. Je me suis réveillé vers 3-4 heures du matin avec des vomissements d'estomac gonflés en continu. J'ai eu mal à bouger, j'ai dû appeler au travail. Monday 12/17/18 I had steak rice bowl with only queso, lettuce, sour cream. Just an hour after eating I started to feel sick. I spent every couple hours in the bathroom with diarrhea and finally threw up at 3:30am. I still feel nausea and missed work Tuesday.
