12/20/2018 Steak, rice, veggies, guac, sour cream; around 9-10 PM. Woke up about 3-4 AM with bloated stomach vomiting continuously. Hurt to move, had to call into work. Spent next couple of days eating barely anything, and tons of abdominal pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain

Monday 12/17/18 I had steak rice bowl with only queso, lettuce, sour cream. Just an hour after eating I started to feel sick. I spent every couple hours in the bathroom with diarrhea and finally threw up at 3:30am. I still feel nausea and missed work Tuesday. Lunch on Thursday, 11-29-18. I ate two beef tacos and one half order of rice. At 10:30 p.m. I had diarrhea which continued through the night. Three of my friends also ate food with beef in it and they had the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
