Around 530pm, I at a Spicy Italian on Parmesan Oregano with pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomato, red wine vinegar, and salt & pepper. Got uncomfortable gas shortly afterward, then really bad diarrhea around 4 in the morning. Bad gas and diarrhea continued thoughout the day and is still ongoing (now 830pm). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
