I had a dinner salad and some of the shrimp in their shrimp and broccoli Alfredo. Only I got sick. I was the only one that ate any of the salad and the only one that orders the shrimp and broccoli Alfredo. I ate dinner there Thursday…

Shrimp Had shrimp Alfredo shrimp tasted old, did not finish meal about 3 hours later I was throwing up and had other stomach issues

Eat the salad . Got sick about 4 hours later, 5 out of 6 . The one that did not get sick did not have the salad
