10 of us at at Isla restaurant for dinner. One of us (12 years old) starting getting sick 5 hours later. Vomiting for 6 hours straight. Went to the clinic as soon as they opened and they gave her electrolytes and Dramamine. No specific diagnosis given

On different days 3 people all had diarrhea, vomiting and my daughter collapsed from dehydration.

April 8 -13, 2018. Severe vomiting and diarrhea after eating at the Hibachi restaurant within the hotel. Illness lasted about 15 hours.

There were many people sick that were with me. Told at the hospital bacterial infection from food poisoning. Spent 24 hours in the hospital with severe dehydration, vomiting, lethargi, low grade fever. . Hotel paid for hospital was there week of 25th of May 2019!! Was told…

I got sick from the restaurant called Toro. Not sure if it was the food, poor hygiene by staff, or the water at the restaurant. My whole family was vomiting but only my father and I experienced diaharrea.

Comí en el restaurante mexicano del resort, al día siguiente tenía dolor de estómago severo y tuve que llamar a los médicos de guardia en el resort, enfermo en la cama los próximos 3 días. Vacaciones terribles
