On Sunday, my boyfriend brought home a takeout alfredo pasta. I followed the reheating instructions on their official Facebook. A few hours later, I was experiencing nausea and vomiting. Symptoms went away after they were no more contents of my stomach.

They provided a takeout container with my meal. I ate that a few days later and was vomiting as a result.
