I was driving home from a friends house had to pull over the side rode just to vomit and I currently ate from my job and started vomiting .

Ate a shamrock shake last night around 9pm, by 11 I was feeling nauseous so I decided to try to sleep it off. Woke up at 2am,3am and 4am to throw up... a lot. Still nauseous this morning. This was the only thing that I ate that was different from my normal diet.

Mc chicken, medium fries, cheeseburger, and half a big mac. I woke up 3 in the morning with diarrhea 3 hours later woke up for school and vomited 3 times
