I ordered a double cheese burger , chicken sandwich and a small fries. A hour later I start to feel nauseous so i drink some water to calm my stomach down . Except after i drink the water i start throwing up and having diarrhea none stop!

I ate a double cheeseburger, and a medium fry from McDonald’s around 11: 00 am. I slept all day and got out of bed around 11 pm because I had to go to the bathroom. I had severe diarrhea and I know it was from McDonald’s because that’s the only thing I had to eat

me and my friend had big mac and chicken nugget and after 30mins to 1hour we both got body ache and head ache and fevrer like cold flu
