Was coming back up from Manchester to Newcastle and spotted a McDonald’s on the way so stopped off and waiting in the drive thru for ages. I ordered a chicken mayo, cheese burger and a regular drink and a few hours after I started feeling very sick.…

Daughter had chicken sandwich, fries and strawberry milkshake. Purchased at and eaten just after 7pm.
Daughter started vomiting around 11.30 pm and continued through the night. Stopped vomiting around 7am but had fever 37.8 degrees on digital thermometer. | Síntomas: Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

Double cheese burger meal burger was luke warm symptoms started the morning after eating the meal in the evening before.
