I had this meal around 8:30PM on 13APRIL2018. I felt fine when I left, but woke up the next morning with extreme bouts of diarrhea and a mild fever.

Had this meal at around 8:30pm on 14APR18. Nothing was alarming me until I woke up the next morning, and I have been in extreme pain and very frequent diarrhea episodes throughout the whole day.
