Ate 3 rolled chicken tacos with spicy ranch and guacamole dipping sauces. Ate them around 345pm...shortly after that diarrhea started. After the 1st episode of that I began vomiting. The sickness lasted over 4 hours w/ constant vomiting and diarrhea the whole time....still feeling queasy day following…

When I bought a 12 packet from Taco Bell everything was fine but then it hit me I felt like throwing up so I locked myself in the bathroom until I threw up and of course my GUT felling was right(see what I did there
