12/31/2018 Taco Bell. Burrito and taco tasted a little off. Within a few hours I felt sick and started violently vomiting, and had diarrhea.

Ate taco bell with in an hour started feeling sick to stomach 10:00 am and at 5:00 am vomiting, deirea, and fever.
