I started birth control monday but I also had a tuna melt on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning i started having terrible stomach cramping followed by diarrhea. This went on throughout the day but lessened. I ate the remainder of my tuna melt and the, Diarrhea began morning after consumption of food until the night.
