Dear Sir or Madam,I would like to report a suspected case of food poisoning that occurred in Kraków.
Yesterday evening, around 22:00–23:00, two people ate at the following place:
We both ate chicken kebab dishes and a chicken kebab piadina with French fries.
After the meal, both of us developed the same symptoms, including:
•nausea
•vomiting
•diarrhea
The symptoms appeared several hours after the meal and are ongoing.
We are reporting this to inform the sanitary authorities and to help prevent possible further cases.
