- comments: observed no barrier between hand washing sink and 3 compartment sink in prep area. Must provide a barrier between hand sink and 3 compartment sink.

- comments: observed raw, uneven wood surface at front counter area. Must make smooth and easily cleanable. Must seal to make non-porous.

- comments: observed no hot water throughout facility. Observed temperature of 72. 3f at 3 compartment sink; 73. 8-77. 5f at handsinks/washbowl sinks. Instructed must have minimum hot water temperature of 120f at 3 compartment sink; 100f at all hand sinks and washbowl sinks at all times. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

- comments: observed water backing up and overflowing on to floor from floor drain under 3 compartment sink. Instructed must repair to allow all waste water to drain properly. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

- comments: floor in the prep areas, rear storage area, under the chicken cage, and outside the exit door with bird's feathers, blood and bird's feces and debris. Instructed to detail clean, and sanitize the areas and maintain. Floor in the front serving needs detail cleaning also. Walls and ceiling behind the bird's cage not clean, instructed to detail clean,sanitize and maintain.

- comments: observed damaged flooring (uneven floors; large cracks, water pooling in areas, etc. ) throughout prep area and front customer service area. Instructed must be smooth and easily cleanable. Must repair. Observed walls and ceilings in prep area heavily soiled. Must detail clean and sanitize. Observed excessive dirt, debris build up on insides of chicken cages. Must detail clean and sanitize all cages. Observed damaged/ heavily soiled plastic curtain hanging in doorway. Must replace.

- comments: observed excessive debris build up on ventilation fans throughout facility. Must detail clean.

- comments: broken/cracked solid light shield in the prep area. Must replace and maintain. Observed uncovered lights above hallway above chicken cages. Must provide lights shields for all lighting above chickens.

- comments: one of the employee has no food handler training certificate. Instructed to provide within 30 days.

61. Summary report displayed and visible to the public
- comments: observed inspection report summary posted from 3/11/20. Last inspection 4/03/20. Instructed must post most recent inspection report in plain view of all customers at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-42-010(b). No citation issued.
