Walls and ceiling behind the bird's cage not clean, instructed to detail clean,sanitize and maintain.

Observed excessive dirt, debris build up on insides of chicken cages. Must detail clean and sanitize all cages. Observed damaged/ heavily soiled plastic curtain hanging in doorway. Must replace.
