I visited McDonalds on 23/12/2018 in the afternoon. I ordered a fish burger, and double cheeseburger and a portion of fries. Approximately one hour after eating my stomach began to rumble, and by 0400 hours on 24/12/2018 I was being violently sick.

I am still feeling very unwell at 1900 hours on 24/12/2018.

I strongly suspect that the McDonald’s food has poisoned me, as this is the only food I had yesterday that a family memeber did not have. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
