On June 12 I ate a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. June 14 I was in the hospital with hepatitis A. I was hung up on and really cute by the McDonald’s on 59th and Bethany home in Glendale Arizona as well as the insurance company I was hung up on and my fire was not even reviewed, I have brought a fish sandwich about a week before, it had hair all in it. The manager looked at the fish sandwich by opening it up, saw the hair and immediately fix me a fresh sandwich. Second occurrence when I want to get a order of fries and a soft drink I was standing at the counter completing my order and saw two roaches crawling to the Katje behind the counter I screamed and the young man who is taking that order killed the roaches and then immediately told the supervisor I was a witness to this occurrence | Síntomas: Vómitos, Náusea, Diarrea
