On 4/27 I went in to Overflow Coffee around 8:30am to grab a bite to eat and a tea to work. I ordered a veggie breakfast sandwich. I had never had one so I am unsure if it did not taste correct but it was not foul. I worked from Overflow. At about 11:30 I noticed my chest tightening and my heart racing. Decided to book it home. Walked in the door and threw up all night. Got everything out of my body and have not been able to hold any food down until today. Spoke to doctor on Tuesday and got anti nausea meds.
